Parmesan Baked Pork Chops Recipe

I enjoy cooking when I have time.  Here is a recipe I decided to try and it turned out pretty good!  I hope you enjoy it!

Ingredients:

Boneless Pork Chops

1 Tablespoon of Olive Oil (I use Wild Tree Grape seed oil)

1 Cup Parmesan Cheese

1 Cup Bread Crumbs (Italian)

1 teaspoon pepper

1 teaspoon garlic powder (I use Wild Tree Garlic Garlic)

Directions:

In a shallow bowl combine: Parmesan Cheese, Bread Crumbs, Pepper, and Garlic Powder.

In a small bowl pour the oil.

Line a baking sheet with foil.

Dip the Pork chop in the oil and then in the cheese mixture coating the pork chop on both sides, making sure it is well covered.  Place the pork chops on the baking sheet.

Bake at 350 degrees for 40 -45 Minutes.
