We stopped over to check out Fall on the Farm at The Blooms and Berries Farm on Tuesday between school and soccer. This 61-acre family farm located in Loveland, Ohio, is only 10 minutes from our house! Going on a week day was nice. We practically had the farm to ourselves.
I love all things Fall! I love pumpkins, mums, yummy fall treats, and Halloween decorations! Walking into places like this makes me giddy! I grin from ear to ear. I love to be outside enjoying the crisp fall weather!
Everyone was so nice to us and greeted us as we walked in! The Barn was so clean and so cute! Lots of fruits, vegetables, honey, jams, popcorn, decorations, CARAMEL APPLES and other fun stuff to shop around and look at! All items were reasonably priced!
IMPORTANT TO NOTE! NURSING MOMMA’S – they have this nice building there for you to change and nurse the littles!! I was impressed by that!
Also important to note:
Baby’s FIRST Halloween?
Baby’s First Pumpkin is FREE Today through Sunday 9/27 with Fall On The Farm Admission! If your child is experiencing his or her first Fall (will not turn 1 until 10/31 or after) Blooms and Berries will provide the first little baby sized pumpkin for FREE!!!
Even though there were only two other families there with us. They still took us on a hayride to pick your own pumpkin.
Along the way you’ll pass through “I Spy” woods. My kids LOVED this! There are all sorts of wooden cut outs and creatures to “SPY”! That was fun and relaxing.
They have these great wheel barrels for you to collect the HUMONGOUS PUMPKINS your children pick out! This was nice since it was just me and the kiddos. Austin loved pushing it around!
My kids have not played together like this since we lived at our old house. It was neat to see! It was just the two of them! They enjoyed the play areas together. There really is a lot to do!
They loved this HUGE Barrel slide!
They also loved the Gopher Fort.
These were cool swings made out of tires to look like Horses and Tractors. They may have been a little too big for these but still enjoyed them!
Lots of picture opps!!
They spent the most time here! They LOVED this thing!
You pump water into these gutters and raced the ducks back and fourth!
FREE Cow Train Rides all of September
This was fun! Of course I did it too! (If you have back problems I would not ride this! It is bouncy!)
I thought the Spookley the Square Pumpkin Storyboard Trail was pretty cute!
You can buy your own book & Spookley in the Barn!
One of the things that Blooms and Berries is most popular for is the 7 acre corn maze! We did not do the larger corn maze do to time and age restrictions. You have to be at least 7 years old to Navigate their 7 acre corn maze in search of what happened to the honey pots! It can take almost an hour. We opted out of doing this! They do make the maze a fun agri-educational story as you track down the suspects and solve this a-MAIZE-ing puzzle.
They do have a Kids Corn Maze – a smaller maze just right for the little tikes! Only takes 15 minutes. They give you a map for the big one and a scavenger hunt picture list for the small one. I thought this was really cool! So did the kids!!
