Brio Tuscan Grille opens first Ohio site in 8 years at Liberty Town Center!

The first Brio Tuscan Grille opened in Ohio (in more than eight years) is now Open in the NEW Liberty Center Development in Liberty Township.

Outside - Brio

The Liberty Center location has two patios for outdoor dining. The south patio facing Gibson Street and the main Liberty Center entrance along Liberty Way has lounge seating and gas fire pits. The north patio overlooks one of Liberty Center’s fountain areas.

There are also two bars located in the north and south end of the restaurant.

Inside Bar - Front Entrance - Brio

Additionally, the restaurant’s north wall has a garage door-style opening that lifts for warm-weather days but closes when it’s cold.  This is something that I have been seeing in the newer restaurants!  I LOVE that outdoor “al fresco” feel!

Outside Bar - Brio

Inside of Brio’s main entrance is also a seven-seat pizza counter where customers can pick a stool on a first-come, first-serve basis and get a close-up view of the kitchen and pizza oven.

Pizza Oven - Brio

This is a great date night idea with your kiddo’s!  They get the kids involved in helping make their own pizza dough and they can watch what is going on in the kitchen from the pizza counter!

Ambiance Brio

The ambiance of the restaurant is breath taking.  Very tall high ceilings draped with beautiful scarves and massive chandlers and lights!  You don’t feel cramped in a restaurant that can hold almost 400 people.  Lots of great seating and lots of space.

Now onto the FOOD!!!

I of course, started off with a Peach Bellini!!
