I know most of you have were on and engaged the night I opened all the Kroger goodies!

So many of you commented to let me know your favorite Nacho toppings! There were SO many good ones! Guacamole was in the lead I believe, oh and of course, CHEESE, CHEESE, all different kinds, and MORE CHEESE!!!
Here is what we threw together to watch kick off March Madness the other night!
I cut about half the block of cheese, heated it on low on the stove top.
Threw in the salsa, tomatoes, & chicken
It was super easy and SO SO good!
Scott made chicken and cheese quesadillas to go with it. We ate and filled out our brackets!
The kids thought this was the best dinner ever!
