Cottage Ham, Red Skin Potatoes, and Green Beans! Crock-pot!

Now that the weather is getting colder, I am using my crockpot at least 3 times a week!  I love it!  It is so easy.

Makes me feel super organized, and enables me to have a warm meal on the table in minutes for the fam!

One of my go to recipes in the crock is Cottage Ham.

Ingredients:

Cottage Ham (I buy the one in the Red Package at Kroger)

Green Beans (I have used Canned, Frozen or Fresh)

Red or New Potatoes (you can cut them or put them in whole)

Pepper (if you wish)

Water (enough to 1/2 way cover the meat)

 

 

Prepare: (Prep time: 15 min)

Remove the packaging from the Ham put it in the pot

Wash and cut the potatoes (or leave them whole)

Put the Green beans on top

Season

Add enough water to 1/2 way cover the meat.

Cook on low for 8 hours.
