1 lb. ground Italian sausage or ground beef/turkey (I do 1/2 sausage- 1/2 ground turkey or venison)
One jar spaghetti sauce
1/2 a Box of Barilla Collezione Pasta (Penne is the most popular type of noodle for Mostaccioli)
1 Bag Mozzarella cheese
Parmesan cheese

In skillet, brown meat, break meat into chunks.
Cook pasta as directed; drain.
Mix the meat, sauce, and pasta in a 9×13 pan. Sprinkle Parmesan over mixture. You can also add onions, peppers, etc if you like.
Then put Mozzarella cheese on top.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 to 30 minutes. Serve with garlic bread.
