The Cincinnati Ballet is launching its new annual Family Series with a beloved classic.

Beautiful dance, vibrant costumes, and engaging live narration give new exhilaration to this beloved family-friendly fairy-tale. Featuring the Cincinnati Ballet Second Company and students of the Otto M. Budig Academy, this cherished production about finding true love is sure to delight people of all ages and quickly become a new family tradition!

The series is designed to introduce ballet to audiences of all ages with guided narration. Parents and children can also arrive early for the performances to take part in activities to learn more about dance, costumes and scenery.

The Family Series will be ongoing in future seasons, and a special sensory-friendly performance will be held 10:30 a.m. April 8.

The performance is one hour and 15 minutes with choreography by Pamela Robinson-Harris and Peggy Dolkas.

Friday, Apr 6 7:30 pm

Saturday, Apr 7 10:30 am, 2:00 pm, & 5:30 pm

Sunday, Apr 8 1:30 pm & 4:30 pm

 

Tickets for the performances start at $20 and are available online, by calling 513-621-5282 or visiting the Cincinnati Ballet Box Office at 1555 Central Parkway. Tickets for the sensory-friendly performance are only available via phone.
